Figure Color Study

Trying to paint with color instead of value is surprisingly difficult. It made me really grateful for all the rainbowey colored pencil layering that I've done in the past, it definitely helped me learn how to look at colors instead of value. But still, it was a challenge. This is yet another instance where four hours was NOT ENOUGH time.

This is probably my second favroite of everything I've done though. I like how I tied in the background and got the fabric in and everything. I had a lot of fun with it. >U<
